Refund Policy

At HonorYourself Consulting Inc., we strive to ensure that our clients are satisfied with all of our services. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available under the following conditions:
You must request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date.
You must provide a valid reason for the refund request, detailing why the service did not meet your expectations. This is with the exception of the 6-month coaching program which has a satisfaction guarantee or money back after 30 days with no questions asked.
The service must not have been fully consumed or completed.
A 7-day notice must be sent to us by email prior to the date of a scheduled workshop to qualify for a refund.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-refundable, including:
1. Completed coaching sessions.
2. Digital products or materials that have been accessed or downloaded.
3. Services purchased at a discounted rate or as part of a special promotion.
4. Workshops already attended or missed without 7 days’ notice.

Requesting a Refund

  • Your name and contact information.
  • Details of the service purchased.
  • The reason for the refund request.

Processing Refunds

Once we receive your refund request:

We will review your request and notify you of the status within 3 business days.
If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
